La Conner Commercial Real Estate
The Town of LaConner's commercial district begins as you enter the town on Morris Street continuing until it intersects with North and South First Street. The eastern portion of Morris Street is mixed with service related businesses and retail tourist shops with retail tourism dominating the western portion of Morris Street. North and South First Street have fewer service related businesses and is almost exclusively tourist based.
The southern portion of LaConner is the designated light industrial and manufacturing zone with the largest user manufacturing prefabricated wood structural panels. The waterfront portion of this area is being redeveloped into mix commercial and residential use which will likely put high pressure on not allowing any light impact industrial uses that generate fumes or noise.
